We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join EUROAPOTHECA. In this role you will own financial plans, performance, and governance of the EUROAPOTHECA Group. You will be a key partner to the CEO and work with other senior leaders to drive profitable and sustainable growth, maintaining financial discipline, ensuring sound assessment of major investment decisions and enabling the organization to achieve its goals.

What you will do:

• Shape the Group's financial plans to support its long-term business objectives

• Accelerate business performance through robust financial planning, analysis, and performance management

• Ensure strong financial and tax governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the Group

• Oversee capital allocation decisions, evaluation of major business initiatives and M&A transactions

• Lead the Group’s financing, cash flow and liquidity management and capital structure decisions

• Provide clear financial insight and constructive challenge to enhance strategic and operational decision-making

• Drive transformation and efficiency initiatives across finance processes and systems

We are looking for:

• A strong track record of finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO, Finance Director, or in a comparable role within a complex, multi-entity or international organisation

• Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, reporting, and corporate finance. Experience in retail, pharmaceuticals, other healthcare industry or M&A would be an advantage

• A curious and commercially strong mind, a proactive partner to other senior leaders, translating financial insight into decisive action and measurable outcomes

• An engaging and effective leader of the finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
