Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing periodic reports, market analyses, and other financial insights

• Assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes

• Collecting, analyzing, and structuring data to support business decision-making

• Providing insights, recommendations, and proposals to senior colleagues and management

• Developing and enhancing analytical tools, reports, and financial models

• Supporting Finance and other departments with analysis and reporting-related activities

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial and Business Analyst, Auditor, Advisory Specialist, or in a similar role

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

• Understanding of general accounting principles

• Proven experience in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and business data

• Advanced MS Excel skills, ideally Power Bi and SQL knowledge (as plus)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian, written and spoken

• Salary range for this position is 2500 – 3600 eur gross per month. Depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a different salary
