This role will join the NAV/ Business Central ERP product team—our core system that underpins critical business operations such as finance, supply chain, inventory management, and overall process control—and will play a key part in supporting quality from the start, helping the team take full ownership of quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests in close collaboration with the team to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
Providing rapid and reliable feedback on product quality through test automation and CI/CD pipelines
Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members on quality-related matters in day-to-day activities
Identifying potential risks and issues early in the development process, prior to release
Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes, tools, and best practices
Maintaining lean, practical, and effective testing documentation
Promoting a quality-first mindset and fostering a strong quality culture across the team
We are looking for a colleague who has:
Strong understanding of automated testing principles and best practices
Practical experience with automated testing tools (2+ years)
Understanding of how automated tests contribute to product quality and fast feedback in the development process
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
Ability to read and review code
Creative thinking and willingness to try new solutions and tools
Engineering mindset and desire to continuously improve product quality
We offer:

Freedom to propose and implement solutions that improve overall product quality and development efficiency
Opportunity to grow and develop both within and outside your role – it’s up to you to make the most of it
Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate events
