Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the product area end-to-end, including direction, priorities, and delivered business outcomes

• Developing a deep understanding of the business domain, customer needs, and operational realities

• Leading the shift from feature delivery to a problem-solving, outcome-driven approach across product teams

• Acting as a strong counterpart to senior stakeholders, aligning expectations and challenging unclear or low-value requests

• Actively supporting teams in discovery, including problem definition, hypothesis validation, and solution shaping

• Leading Product Owners and Product Specialists and supporting their growth to strong individual performers

• Partnering closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering to improve product and engineering ways of working

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• Proven experience owning a larger product area or leading transformation towards a product-led operating model

• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into clear product direction

• Experience building and validating business cases before development, including defining expected impact

• Hands-on Product Management experience, with the ability to step in and work directly with teams when needed

• Confidence leading difficult prioritization and trade-off decisions across multiple stakeholders

• Ability to challenge assumptions and push back on low-value or unclear initiatives

• Track record of developing Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar roles

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making mindset value

• Salary range for this position is 5000 – 7200 eur gross per month. Depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a different salary
