Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to identify and implement the best solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, with a focus on the Finance module

• Analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring they align with business needs

• Collaboration with product teams: implementation process planning, division of assignments and monitoring

• Executing delivery on a timely basis when required (e.g. regulatory changes)

• Ensuring your team continously operates with a high level of quality

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• 3+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Specialist or similar role

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Knowledge of software development processes and system integrations

• Good understanding of technology and business needs

• Analytical, problem-solving mindset

• Business and tech savviness

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of SQL databases and relational data architecture

• Salary range for this position is 3000 – 4000 eur gross per month. Depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a different salary
